Six Things That Can Prevent Sore Throat

Sore throat does not feel good, because the disease can cause us difficulty in swallowing, throat pain, and even fever. The disease is also highly contagious, and how to prevent it?

1. Avoid contact with someone who has strep throat infection.

2. Wash your hands regularly while he was around people who have a cold or or being exposed to diseases caused by viruses and bacteria. Also do not lend each toothbrushes, eating utensils, and drinks with others.

3. Bacteria can also live for a while in the door handles, faucets, or other objects.
