Avoid sitting for too long after the exercise in the morning. Maybe you can not move much when piling work in the office. But, it is very important for the body to get a recovery next stretch. It can stimulate blood flow, relieve pain, strengthen good posture and more.

4. Lack of sleep

The body needs to recover and rebuild everything in his system during sleep. Thus, sleep is vital to aid recovery after exercise and move all day. You will reap the results of the exercise undertaken if sufficient sleep.

5. Do not stretch

Time constraints sometimes make you forget to stretch after exercise for about an hour. Stretching at least 10 seconds is very important because it can cause your limitations in a move that could make the body more susceptible to injury.
